The steel log can be utilized for numerous different lifts and body parts. Its used to strengthen and harden your core through deadlifts and clean/presses. Nothing gives your upper back that dense chiseled look like shoulder presses with the steel log. The log can also be used for curls, bent rows, lunges, calf workouts and an array of back excercises. This item along with true logs are a fixture at most strongman events.
